Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards Winner

Winners for the second year in a row.

For the second year in a row, we are delighted to have again achieved success at The Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards, with our Vulnerable Customer Care programme securing the Customer Care Solution of the Year Award.

Our bespoke Vulnerable Customer Care Programme has been developed specifically for managing Customers wellbeing throughout the lifecycle of the claim and sits outside of the claims handling provision, providing an independent and additional level of support. At every touchpoint throughout the claim we continuously review the customers predicament, personal circumstances and wellbeing to ensure we provide the right level of care and support.

The judges’ comments were, “This was a standout entry with a completely different take on customer care for vulnerable customers. Illustrating how the human touch is still needed, it also cleverly integrated consumer duty regulation”

Our achievements at the awards over the last two years reinforces our continued commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service.
