We're proud to announce the acquisition of Jacksons Partnership Limited
GHG Claim and Risk Solutions is proud to announce the acquisition of Jacksons Partnership Ltd, the specialist provider of TPA and loss adjusting services in the Park and Leisure Homes, Commercial Leisure, and Thatch & Let Property insurance sectors.
Established in 1997 and headquartered in Tunbridge Wells, the business has been owned and run by Nick and Debra Jackson with a clear focus on quality to deliver the highest level of customer care through a personal and pro-active claims service. Whilst Nick and Debra will still be supporting the business on a consultancy basis, we are delighted that Charlotte Jackson will lead the business on the next stage of its journey.
The acquisition complements both GHG’s current loss adjusting and TPA services, extending our reach into niche insurance sectors, such as the Park and Leisure Homes market. Through continued support, investment and the desire of all involved to provide the very best outcome for their clients and policyholders,our key aim is to be recognised as the market leader in the Park and Leisure Home, Touring Caravan and Leisure SME sectors.
GHG’s Managing Director Austin Snelgrove commented,
"As our second acquisition, this makes a firm statement about the focus on culture and quality that we have been continuing to develop over the last few years. Jacksons are focused on the quality of their claims handling, loss adjusting and service delivery, which is not only a fantastic strategic fit, but also supplements our coverage and expertise as well as adding additional capability in niche areas to our existing services. I’m delighted to welcome Charlotte into the senior management team at GHG and I’m looking forward to working with her."
Debra and Nick Jackson added;
"We are very happy to have found such a good fit for our well respected business and energetic professional staff. Joining GHG Solutions provides significant opportunity for growth and the continued enhancement of the services we have so carefully nurtured over the years."
GHG would like to thank YFM for their continued support and advice. We would also like to thank Sarah Souter and Laurel Knight at Gateleys, for their support and continued expertise during this transaction.
