As a field based Adjuster / Surveyor (ideally South of England), we offer a starting salary of £25,000 with progression and bonus, with potential earnings up to £50,000 within 5 years. We can even offer flexible start dates to suit your Summer plans!

As we continue our growth plans,we are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join us on our Insurance graduate programme, to become the next generation and leaders of Loss Adjusters and Risk Surveyors.
Our 2-year program will give you all of the tools you need to be successful in a career in insurance claims & risk solutions. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to a range of different claims across Property, Subsidence, Liability & Third Party Administration whilst being mentored by one of our Heads of Department who will support you through industry recognised (Cert CILA) qualifications, with full study support available.
From carrying out initial inspections and site visits to assessing damage and determining probable cause, by the end of the 2 years you will have gained the technical knowledge and experience to manage your own claims and specialise as a Loss Adjuster or Risk Surveyor.
Who we are looking for:
Obtained, or predicted to obtain at least a 2:2 degree, in a related field (Business, Law, Engineering or similar)
A desire to learn and develop with some initial interest in the Insurance industry
Enjoy engaging with people - customers, clients and colleagues.
Strong organisation skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with an ability to articulate complex issues
Good problem-solving skills with an eye for identifying solutions
Effective time management skills and the ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
Quality driven with high levels of attention to detail
Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and confident
Willingness to travel and full / clean driving license
