The Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards marked our debut into the world of awards and accolades, and were delighted to have our efforts recognised to be shortlisted as finalist in 3 award categories as this alone represented a significant achievement for GHG and representative of our commitment of providing the very highest levels of service in everything that we do.
We’re absolutely thrilled to have won in the ‘Claims Service Solution of the Year - Claims Management/Firms' category for our Reengineered Subsidence Claims Handling Service.
Over the last 18 months, our subsidence proposition has changed significantly, evidenced by the impressive results delivered to our clients and their customers following the unprecedented surge last summer. This accolade is testament to the continued hard work, commitment and dedication of our claims team and is a well deserved win.
The judges comments were, "The winning entry’s blend of technology and human resources significantly added value to the customer experience and the entire proposition, leading to a dramatic reduction in the claim lifecycle and complaint volumes".
Our Subsidence Team did a fantastic job through last summer, continuing to provide the very high levels of service despite the high volumes of claims experienced. Whilst massive congratulations goes to the Subsidence Team, we also recognise that we are one big team and that we all, in various ways, have contributed to our success.
