ProACT is our new fully managed building repair network service.
As part of our recent investment for growth and the next phase of our business development and restructure into specialist divisions, we’re excited to launch ProACT, our new fully managed building repair network service.
ProACT has been setup solely to provide our clients with value added additional services and support when they need it. There are no targets internally on the level of usage or referrals for ProACT, and services will only be offered to our existing clients to ensure capacity and the highest levels of service delivery.
ProACT is led by our Supply Chain Manager, Kirsty Kenyon. Reporting to Matthew Turner, Operations Director, Kirsty joined GHG in 2020 with a wealth of experience in the composite Insurer arena, and importantly from a Loss Adjusting perspective. Over the past twelve months Kirsty has handpicked a team of supply chain personnel that have been engaged and empowered to add value to any claim where fulfilment is the customer’s chosen outcome.
Our ProACT team is supported by our nationwide team of insurance professionals in the field, who are experienced in investigating problems with buildings and auditing the progress of repair works.
The ProACT service will offer a range of key benefits to our existing clients, including a comprehensive and growing roster of carefully selected contractors with full UK, Ireland and Channel Islands coverage, all chosen based on quality and a track record of high levels of customer service. All contractors offer guarantees of workmanship for 24 months, and all are managed in one place for optimum customer service and minimised delays, leading to shorter lifecycle costs and lower alternative accommodation costs.
An in-house validations team will confirm the level of repairs required using Xactware, an industry leading software solution which provides full transparency and control of repair scope and cost. We also use video technology to speed up the validation and approval of variations and unforeseen works should these arise.
Other benefits of ProACT include market leading low and capped management fees, built within the agreed national schedule of rates which ensures the lowest possible indemnity spend for our insurer clients, and an approach which adds value at every touch point including weekly outbound calls to all stakeholders to ensure progress is in line with the contract schedule.
ProACT is one of several new and enhanced services added to the range of Insurer solutions from GHG over the past 12 months as part of our continuing business development.
GHG’s business is now arranged into six distinct divisions:
• TPA third party administration solutions for insurers to manage a broad spectrum of claims
• Property, comprising our nationwide team of experienced and qualified adjusters
• Subsidence, building on GHG’s reputation for excellence in handling subsidence claims
