Our BASE Services business and AGB come together to form our new division, GHG Risk Services.
GHG Solutions acquired AGB in December 2022 with a view to building upon and enhancing the Risk Services offering
During the past 12 months we have been working at bringing the BASE and AGB operations together to support growth in operational and technical capability and to provide a more cohesive offering across the customer base of both operations.
We have successfully completed the launch of our first Risk Services Academy, this cohort of Junior Surveyors are now integrating into the Risk Services team whilst continuing their ongoing development, alongside continued recruitment of additional surveying resources. In bringing both teams closer together we have been able to provide an enhanced footprint of both BASE and AGB throughout the UK and Ireland.
To further strengthen both operational and technical service delivery, AGATHA, the groups workflow platform is being introduced across the Risk Services division enabling the business achieving its goal of fully integrating Risk Services operations.
Integrating BASE and AGB will ensure that as a team we can capitalise on learning and development opportunities, we will be working on developing a competency framework for the division to support individual development and team capability, as well as the continuation of our Risk Academy.
With BASE and AGB now operating as single team we are pleased to announce that from February of this year our risk surveying operations will operate as GHG Risk Services.
